New to Therapy?
Whether you are brand new to therapy or are a seasoned therapy advocate, Nourish Carolina Counseling will meet you exactly where you are in your journey. We recognize that you are a unique individual with your own thoughts, feelings and experiences. As such, we will seek to support you as the whole person that you are. Psychotherapy may look different depending on each client, however itโs foundation is the therapeutic relationship, โ the development of trust and comfort between you and your therapist. Your therapist will support you by fostering an air of non-judgment and mutual respect so that you feel comfortable getting actively involved in sessions. Your therapist will also help you in your efforts to better understand and change your thoughts, feelings and behaviors using evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to you.
