Welcome! My name is Anna Caplan, and I'm a therapist here at Nourish Carolina Counseling. I would be honored to come alongside you and take part in your journey to wholeness and healing. If you feel out of control or overwhelmed by your circumstances and desire restoring balance in your life, therapy can be a support to you. I believe that all individuals have the potential for healing, and as a therapist, I will provide a safe, affirming space for you to process the past and present, develop coping skills, and move forward with more confidence.
